Privacy

What we collect
When you join the list we store what you give us: your email, and any answers you choose to share (name, role, platforms you run, city, chapter interest). We also record the wording of the consent you agreed to, the time, and standard technical details (IP address, browser) as proof of that consent.
We capture basic campaign attribution (UTM parameters and the referring site) so we know how people find us. We are media buyers; you would do the same.
Where it lives
Data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore (United States) under our Firebase project. It is not publicly readable, and it is never sold or rented to anyone.
What we do with it
We use your email to tell you about events and the community — that is all. Sponsors get the room and aggregate numbers, never your contact details.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and signups. If we run our own ads later, ad-platform tags (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) may be added and will be disclosed here.
Your rights
Email admin@paidmedia.community from the address you signed up with and we will delete your record. Every marketing email we ever send will include an unsubscribe link.
